A former grain store, Casa Almudí was restored throughout in 2006 in a sympathetic way, with its entire structure built of stone and wood being retained. It opened in 2007 as rural tourist accommodation. A rural house in Calaceite, it provides an ideal base for discovering the towns and landscapes of the Matarraña.

Like Rural Matarraña’s other house, El Patio de la Torreta, Casa Almudí is located in the heart of the old quarter of Calaceite and has been lovingly restored to retain the essence of the houses built of stone and wood in this beautiful small town in the Matarraña.
Casa Almudí has a surface area of 280 square metres divided into three spacious and completely independent apartments, one of them with an enormous living and dining room with fireplace, making it ideal as somewhere to have a great time with a group of friends, as well as an elegant suite with double bed and colonial bathtub.
Casa Almudí can be rented in its entirety as one house, in which case it can sleep up to eighteen people in its suite with double bed, two rooms with double bed, one room with a double bed and a single bed, a room with two single beds, a loft with double bed, two double sofa beds and a single sofa bed.
For smaller groups, Casa Almudí can be divided into three completely independent rural apartments, each for a different number of people and each with their own charm: Almanara (sleeps 8-10), Alkuza (sleeps 2-4) and Almud (sleeps 2-3).
Rented in its entirety, Casa Almudí is recommended for large families or groups of friends. Almanara is popular with families and groups of friends and Alkuza and Almud with couples or small families. Any combination of these apartments can be arranged.

The minimum stay on weekends is two nights. If you wish to stay for one night during the week, it is necessary to check availability in advance through our contact page.
At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% will be made by bank transfer. Payment of the remaining amount will be made in cash at the time of entry.

Yes, every apartment has full amenities separate from the other apartments.
The apartments are in two different houses in the old quarter of Calaceite.

Every apartment in both houses has an internet connection.
You can unload and load luggage outside the door of each of the houses.
For parking, we recommend Plaza San Miguel or Plaza Santiago Vidiella.
